		Eliana	Eliana	Flag with a white fielded canton bearing a pink-rose badge. The remainder of the flag has four alternating red and black stripes. The fly end of each stripe is charged with a gold star.	Implementation of this design caused a certain amount of controversy when the change was made, in part due to the removal of a popular religious symbol. Although Eliana has tacitly encouraged the belief that the four gold stars added represent the Four Divines whose symbol she had removed, they were in fact added as memorials for four childhood friends who died unjustly prior to, and inspiring, her days as a revolutionary. Further public outrage was generated by the addition of the pink rose, a symbol of the "Rose Petal Resistance", the revolutionary movement that Eliana had lead prior to becoming involved in Beithall's legitimate military. Citizens saw the addition of the rose as being, in essence, a declaration of victory for the rebellion from Eliana.

A small town in southern Beithall. It was once a large fishing port, but it has diminished in both size and importance. The remains of ancient docks litter the harbor so badly that it is not suitable for large vessels to come to shore.
